Welcome to Arts IQ, an online platform providing original artist-produced educational videos and learning materials for schools. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Content: All content provided on Arts IQ is for educational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

2. User Accounts: In order to access programs on our website, you will have to be pay a fee and will be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account and agree not to share your account information and password with other people.

3. Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

4. Payment: To access Artist’s programs on Arts IQ, we will require payment by credit card as specified in each of the Artist’s programs pricing plans on their page. There are different prices for teacher and school subscriptions for each program. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account by credit card. For district wide licensing, the fee is negotiable depending on the number of schools and users who will be accessing the Artist’s program(s) and payment is set up by electronic fund transfer (EFT) or cheque. 5. Subscriptions: Unless otherwise stated, users subscriptions will expire on July 31 of the following school year from the date of purchase. Currently all subscriptions are valid until July 2025. There are no automatic renewals that will be charged to users’ credit cards. Users will be contacted prior to the renewal period to ask  if they would like to renew for another school year.

5. Copyright: All content on Arts IQ is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not re-sell, duplicate or share any content with any third-parties or any third-party site without our permission. Some Artist’s programs have downloadable content like activity sheets, song downloads and music files which may be shared solely for educational use within a classroom setting with students.

6. Refunds: We do not provide refunds for our program subscriptions; however, if you are unsatisfied, please contact info@artsiq.ca to discuss and we may consider on a case by case basis and is granted by the sole discretion of Arts IQ Education. Refunds will then be processed using your original method of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability: Arts IQ is not liable for any damages or losses that result from your use of our website. We are not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or delays in the content provided on our platform.

7. Changes to Terms: Arts IQ reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of ArtsIQ will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
